Unleash your creativity and indulge in the art of personalized pampering with our new custom soap-making feature! Elevate your bathing experience by tailoring your soap with an array of exquisite ingredients, allowing you to design a bar that’s uniquely yours.
You can choose ANY COMBINATION you want from different essential oils, natural additives and colors.
STEP 1: Choose your essence. Here’s a list of essential oils categorized by their predominant olfactory profiles (the last 2 categories are mainly fragrance oils). Each of these essential oils carries its own unique aroma and potential benefits, allowing for a wide range of combinations when creating customized soaps!
STEP 2: Choose your natural additive. Here’s a list of natural additives you can use along with their properties (You can also choose combinations of these. Half of the soap can be with charcoal and the other half with something else):
Charcoal: Deep cleansing, detoxifying, helps draw out impurities and excess oils from the skin.
Himalayan Salt: Exfoliating, helps remove dead skin cells, improves circulation, and can help balance skin’s pH.
Honey: Nourishing, moisturizing, antimicrobial, and can help soothe and heal the skin.
Oats (Oatmeal): Soothing, exfoliating, relieves itchiness and irritation, suitable for sensitive or irritated skin.
Cornflower Blossoms: Calming, anti-inflammatory, and can help soften and condition the skin.
Lavender Buds/Leaves: Relaxing, antiseptic, soothing, and can aid in promoting a sense of calmness.
Rose Petals: Hydrating, antioxidant-rich, soothing, and contributes a luxurious feel to the soap.
Calendula Petals: Healing, anti-inflammatory, and suitable for sensitive or damaged skin.
Chamomile Flowers: Anti-inflammatory, calming, and can help soothe sensitive or irritated skin.
Coffee Grounds: Exfoliating, improves circulation, and can help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Seaweed Powder: Mineral-rich, detoxifying, and can help improve skin’s elasticity.
Sea Buckthorn Oil: Gives amazing yellow color. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins (particularly Vitamin C and E), and omega fatty acids. It promotes skin hydration, elasticity, and regeneration. Known for its ability to combat signs of aging, heal damaged skin, and soothe conditions like eczema and acne. Its vibrant orange color can also add a beautiful hue to the soap.
STEP 3: Choose your natural color. (Or combinations of these. Half the soap can have charcoal and the other half blue spirulina for example). Here’s a list of natural colors commonly used in soap-making along with their properties:
Turmeric: Color – Vibrant yellow to orange. Properties – Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich, and can help brighten the skin.
Activated Charcoal: Color – Black or dark gray. Properties – Detoxifying, deep cleansing, and helps draw impurities from the skin.
Indigo Powder/Indigo Blue: Color – Shades of blue. Properties – Natural dye, calming, and can add various shades of blue to soap.
Sea Buckthorn Oil: Color – Bright yellow to orange. Properties – Besides its skin-nourishing properties, it can also add a yellow hue to soap.
Blue Spirulina: Color – Vibrant blue. Properties – Natural coloring agent derived from algae, offering a vivid blue shade to soap.
Alkanet Root Powder: Color – Purple to pink. Properties – Natural colorant, can impart shades of purple or pink to soap.
Madder Root Powder: Color – Red to pink. Properties – Natural dye, creates shades of red or pink in soap, and is known for its skin-soothing properties.
Spirulina Powder: Color – Green. Properties – Natural colorant derived from algae, adds green tones to soap, and contains nutrients beneficial for the skin.
These natural colorants not only provide vibrant hues to your soap but also offer additional benefits, making each bar unique and appealing to those seeking natural and skin-friendly products.
Delivery time: The soaps will be ready to be delivered after 2-3 weeks you make the request. Then, you can take the soaps home and leave them to cure for minimum 4 weeks before use. Curing is absolutely necessary since the soaps are made with the traditional cold processed method.
What will you get: 10-12 soap bars of 100-120 grams. The oils and butters that will be used for the soap are: Olive oil, coconut oil, shea & cocoa butter, castor oil, rapeseed oil.
Extra: You will also get a video on social media with all the creative method of making your own design + any questions and techniques on how the soap was made, how the materials were sourced, the natural origin etc. will be answered.
