Most managers try to push their team. The best ones know how to pull

Motivation is a funny word...It has to do with pushing people.

The problem is when the push stops, so do the results!

Most managers ask, “How can I motivate them?”
Great ones ask, “What pulls them?”
Motivation fades. Purpose pulls.

A great people's manager will find out what pulls them.

To find what pulls people, you have to find their why!

As Tony Robbins says:

A strong why can bear any how.

When I started KJÆR, I had no clue what my “why” was.
It just felt like another skincare brand — natural, handmade... sleepy.
Until I remembered something.

I decided my WHY is something that connects to my past.

I grew up skateboarding. It made me feel alive and gave me purpose.

One day my friend and I were counting our pocket money outside a gyros place.

A delivery guy - a person who earns minimum wage - saw us and without us asking he gave us 5 euros! 

5 euros!

It felt amazing!

Now, for every third of our profits, we buy skateboards or gear for teens who can’t afford them.
No forms. No fuss. Just giving back — like that stranger once gave to me.

And that WHY really makes me feel energetic!
